What Cormint does.

Cormint develops and operates high-performance data centers in West Texas. The company is vertically integrated — from power procurement through to facility operations — which lets it run compute infrastructure at among the lowest energy costs in the industry. In a world where compute is bottlenecked by power, that cost position is the whole game.

West Texas is one of the most attractive energy markets on the planet: abundant, cheap, and increasingly renewable. Cormint's edge is turning that raw energy advantage into reliable, scalable compute capacity for the demands of the decade ahead.

Why We Invested

The binding constraint is not chips alone — it is power.

Cormint is our clearest expression of the adjacent infrastructure thesis — the physical layer beneath digital assets and AI. As demand for compute compounds, the binding constraint is not chips alone but the power and facilities to run them. Operators who control low-cost energy and can build efficiently will capture durable, structural demand.

We take selective positions where infrastructure economics meet long-term demand, and Cormint fits precisely: a genuine cost advantage, a vertically integrated operating model, and a market that is only getting hungrier for power-dense compute. We invested at Series B.
