Why do some ideas reshape industries while most quietly disappear?
Samantha has spent much of her career thinking about that question. Her master's research explored why innovation so often fails once it leaves the whiteboard. The answer was rarely the idea itself. More often, it came down to people: alignment, incentives, and execution.
That curiosity carried her from management consulting into asset management at ADQ, one of the UAE's sovereign wealth funds, where she worked at the intersection of capital, technology, and complex systems.
These experiences reinforced a simple belief: bold ideas matter, but bold people matter more.

After four years in management consulting, the chaos of the 2021 bull cycle lured Cale away from the traditional career path and into crypto.
Since 2021, Cale has lived and breathed all elements of crypto. Spending significant time as a trader, investor, builder and a trencher, there is little of this world he has not experienced.
His core strength is catching on to trends early, utilising his network across both crypto natives and traditional finance, and helping startups navigate this complex and constantly shifting space.
